2. OUR CONTRACT WITH YOU
2.1 All orders placed through our website are offers to purchase products from postzone.
2.2 Your order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation email.
2.3 The contract between you and postzone is formed at the time of order confirmation.
3. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
3.1 All products sold are digital social media content including captions, hooks, hashtags, visual concepts, and monthly calendars.
3.2 Each product listing includes a description, the number of content pieces included, and the applicable subscription price.
3.3 We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions are accurate and up to date.
3.4 Images and previews are for illustrative purposes only and may not exactly match the final content.
4. PRICING AND PAYMENT
4.1 All prices are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
4.2 Prices are subject to change without notice. The price in effect at the time of order will apply.
4.3 Payment must be made in full at the time of order using an accepted payment method.
4.4 We accept payment through Shopify Payments and other secure payment gateways.
4.5 You are responsible for any applicable taxes, fees, or duties associated with your purchase.
5. DIGITAL DELIVERY
5.1 Upon successful payment, you will receive:
(a) An order confirmation email
(b) Access to your purchased content through your postzone account
(c) Access to your chosen content library
5.2 All products are delivered electronically via digital download and online access.
5.3 Delivery is instantaneous upon payment confirmation.
5.4 No physical shipping, packaging, or courier services are used or required.
6. SUBSCRIPTION RENEWALS
6.1 Subscription plans automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle.
6.2 You will be charged the applicable subscription fee at the time of renewal.
6.3 You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@postzone.store.
6.4 Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU/UK CONSUMERS)
7.1 If you are a consumer in the European Union, EEA, or United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
7.2 The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day of the conclusion of the contract.
7.3 You expressly consent to immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once performance has begun.
7.4 By completing your purchase, you agree to immediate digital delivery and waive your right of withdrawal.
8. REFUND POLICY

(d) Viral: 90-day guarantee
8.2 Refund requests must be submitted to support@postzone.store within the applicable guarantee period.
8.3 Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
9. LICENSE AND USE RIGHTS
9.1 By purchasing content, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for personal or business social media purposes.
9.2 You may not:
(a) Resell or redistribute the content
(b) Share content with non-subscribers
(c) Claim the content as your own
10. TITLE AND RISK
10.1 Title to digital products passes to you upon full payment.
10.2 There is no risk of loss during shipment as no physical goods are shipped.
11. FAIR USE AND CANCELLATION
11.1 You may cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing period.
11.2 Refunds are provided only in accordance with Section 8 of these Terms.
12. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
12.1 To use our content, you need:
(a) A compatible device with internet access
(b) A modern web browser
(c) Access to your chosen social media platforms
12.2 We are not responsible for any technical issues arising from your device, internet connection, or platform updates.
